CBD Removed From World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) Banned List

The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), at the beginning of 2018, stopped considering CBD Oil a prohibited substance and removed CBD from its list of prohibited substances. The US Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) also did the same. ONLY CBD was removed from the prohibited list. The psychoactive component of marijuana, THC, is still prohibited in competition. WADA set a urinary threshold of 150 nanograms per milliliter for THC, from 15 nanograms per milliliter to lower the risk of an athlete testing positive due to casual use during the days and weeks before competition.

Many athletes are using CBD Oil in an attempt to get an edge up on their competition but if the product doesn’t contain what it says on the label, they may risk a doping violation. Do your to research and find a reputable CBD Oil supplier.
